What we do
APTCOT (Pty) Ltd specialises in rendering a comprehensive cleaning service on ad hoc basis e.g. cleaning of high rise windows and glass façade. APTCOT (Pty) Ltd.’s responsibility is to ensure that all areas of the facilities are kept clean at all times and to perform a continuous audit ensuring adequacy in the frequency of cleaning and methodology.
Clean, dust & sanitize furniture.
- Emptying and cleaning waste bins twice a day.
- Remove all waste to a specified area.
- Vacuuming of carpet floors on daily basis.
- Dusting of all skirtings’, windowsills, and doors. Spot cleaning to be done when necessary.
- Clean and disinfect all telephones.
- Spot clean glass doors and windows.
- Damp wipe all hygiene fittings.
- Clean all metal fittings.
- Fill up water jugs for offices, boardroom(s) and training room(s) when necessary.
- Daily clean-up of overflow in the refuse area if applicable.
- Provide refuse bags for the bins daily when required.
- Service tea during meetings and training sessions.
- Wash dishes/kitchen utensils timeously.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Heavy traffic Areas – Daily.
- Medium traffic Areas – Alternate Days.
- Light traffic Areas – Twice a week.
- Polish desks and office furniture.
- Vacuum cloth covered furniture
- Floor buffing and scrubbing (using the appropriate equipment)
- Deep Cleaning
- Deep clean (wash) all carpeted areas and tiled surfaces (twice a year at the time to be agreed upon with sefa. - Fumigation per six months
APTCOT (Pty) Ltd is specialising in purification of sedimentation tanks. A layer of accumulated solids, called sludge, forms at the bottom of the tank and is periodically removed
We provide drinking-water treatment, coagulants are added to the water prior to sedimentation in order to facilitate the settling process, which is followed by filtration and other treatment steps.
